1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

 

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order; it simply confirms that we have received it.

  • Order Acceptance: Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between Nobelization and you will not take place until the product(s) ordered have been shipped and you receive a shipment confirmation email.

  • Cancellation by Nobelization: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud prevention department.

  • Cancellation by Customer: Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before they enter the shipping process. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the customer must refer to our Refund Policy for returns.
