5. Damages and Lost Packages

Damages: Nobelization is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our Customer Support Team.
